Try to break down your topic or research question into the overall main ideas or  keywords which you may use to search .

How to find articles

Use Library Search or Google Scholar for your initial search.

Refine your search:

  • limit to journal articles or select Scholarly/Peer-Reviewed
  • Limit to a date range

Most articles are in electronic journals.  Follow the online link to open the webpage and then pdf.

How to find Books

Use the Catalogue to find print and e-books.

  • For print books use the call number to locate the books on the shelves. Accounting books can be found under 657
  • E-books can be read online or downloaded using Adobe Digital Editions

If AUT Library doesn't have something you need, try Interlibrary Loan. This service can provide you books and articles from libraries worldwide.
