The Linguist List

An online international linguistics community where you can browse theses & dissertations, publications, scholarships, jobs and other news related to the discipline of linguistics.

These portals are a great way to get an overview of the wide range of topics included in languages and linguistics. Please bear in mind that Wikipedia pages can be edited by almost anyone so are not suitable sources to support your research. If you want to include information found through Wikipedia in your research, you should see if it has been referenced to a suitable source (see TRAAP test) and then cite the original source, not the Wikipedia page.
