Grey literature includes types of information produced outside academic or traditional publishing channels. These forms of information are often excluded from the large databases, which means you need to search for them on the World Wide Web, using a search engine like Google, and your knowledge of websites that might host this type of information.
Examples of grey literature include reports, unpublished papers, government documents, patents, newsletters, and conference proceedings.
