Ebooks are cited just like print books, but with some additional information included:
- If you read the ebook online, include the URL.
- If an ebook has a recommended URL listed, use this instead of the URL in your browser address bar.
- If you found the ebook from a library or commercial database, you can give the name of the database instead of a URL.
- If you downloaded the ebook in a dedicated ebook format, such as Kindle, specify the format.
- No fixed page numbers may be available to cite in notes; you can include a section or chapter number instead.
