When the author and the publisher/site are the same, omit the publisher from the source element
If your work is for professional publication or intended for a wider audience who will not have access to the intranet sources (e.g. internal report) you are citing, Treat these sources as personal communications, do not include these items in the reference list. see the APA Manual p. 259.
